Houston, TX – The Texas A&M Aggies take to the field for the first time in 2009 against the Rice Owls this Sunday at Rice’s O’Connor Field in Houston at Noon. Expect a large turnout of Houston A&M Lacrosse Alumni and parent support.
This will be the second year in a row the Aggies have opened their season away. Last year the Aggies opened their 2008 season with a bang against SMU in Dallas winning 20-8. The Aggies are 10-0 against the Owls in the last 9 years, and look to start of the season strong by carrying on that trend.
The Aggies would love as much support as they can get. If you’re in or near the Houston area, come out to the game! Admission is free; please bring your own seating. Please visit the Rice Lacrosse website for directions.
